The University of North Carolina is on a roll, lets just get that out of the way. After beating their first round opponent Mt. St. Mary's 113-74, they didn't let up and beat their second round opponent Arkansas 108-77.Don't get me wrong, Arkansas has had a great team this year, but the Heels cannot be stopped. I picked them before the season started and I stand strong to that pick. Looking ahead to the 'Heels "Sweet Sixteen" matchup with Washington state, the Heels also look to not let up.
After losing to Duke earlier in the season, the Tar Heels didn't let up and reeled of several wins and beat Duke in Durham at the end of the season. They don't let up.
With athletes and good guard play from the likes of Wayne Ellington and Ty Lawson, backed by the best and most intense big man in the NCAA Tyler Hansbrough, The Heels don't look to just beat you, they will embarrass you. Teams often find themselves starting a game against North Carolina feeling very confident and looking up at the scoreboard 6 minutes later down 15 points.
The Heels are hungry, and you better watch out.
